- The purpose of the contract is the preventive and corrective maintenance of doors, curtains and automatic barriers installed in the municipal buildings of the City and the Ccas de Levallois. The contract is subject to the provisions of the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as "the Code". Whatalified as a service market, it is subject to the provisions of the Ccag "Fcs". This procedure is an open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of the articles of the Code. It constitutes a framework agreement for purchase orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. It will be awarded to a single holder for a maximum period of four years, renewals included. The annual amount is 400,000 euro(s) (excl. tax), including 30,000 euro(s) (excl. tax) reserved for the Ccas for corrective maintenance, with no minimum amount, to which is added the overall pricel and fixed price for preventive maintenance, as set out in the holder's offer
