Description:
The purpose of this Contract is to produce the RTE press review as well as audiovisual monitoring, daily summaries of the press review, as well as half-yearly and annual press analyses.
In order to know and measure the impact and media image of the actions carried out by RTE, the Communications Department is looking for a service provider capable of putting together a daily press review, transcribing press articles (including web media) and the scripts of audiovisual broadcasts and reports dealing directly or indirectly with RTE.
The service provider must be able to carry out the most exhaustive press review possible in terms of media, including web media and daily and weekly regional media. The Communications Department will supplement this press review, if necessary, with articles collected by its Delegations. regional reports which it sends to the service provider during the day for integration into the next day's press review.
From this overall analysis, the service provider develops a review of press from an online electronic platform. It distributes this press review, accessible on computer, smartphone and tablet, to an internal RTE list provided by the Communications Department.
