Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
The services are settled by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
The number of meal deliveries to be carried out may vary, the CCAS cannot commit to a firm number. The figures here are indicative and do not bind the CCAS contractually.
As an indication, from April 2024 to April 2025:
- the number of lunches prepared and delivered is 13,772 with a monthly average of 1,147 meals;
- the number of lunches + dinners prepared and delivered is 991.
Furthermore, from April 2025 to September 2025, the following were manufactured and delivered:
- 6,218 lunches delivered individually;
- 617 lunches + dinners, delivered in groups.
In application of article R.2123-1 3) and the notice relating to contracts of the public procurement having as its object social services and other specific services of March 31, 2019, this is a contract with an adapted procedure having as its object social services and other specific services mentioned in articles L. 2113-15 and R. 2123-1 of the public procurement code and in
