- This consultation concerns the preparation of meals and home delivery in cold connection for audiences aged 65 and over as well as a disabled audience. Are part of the market: • The preparation of meals in cold connection; • Delivery to the homes of the guests; • A social watch with the guests. The needs of the public person are detailed in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). The number of beneficiaries: 65 on average. • Lunch: 959 meals • Lunch + Dinner: 466 meals divided: • Between 55 to 80 beneficiaries (Monday to Friday) • Between 15 to 45 beneficiaries (weekends and holidays) Note: the numbers mentioned above are indicative and do not constitute a commitment contractual.
