The number of beneficiaries is between 3,500 and 4,500. Covid 19 Forced Us To Distribuer Parcels To All Registered Elderly Persons, Who Are Normally Asked To Make A Choice Between A Parcel Or A Meal. Indeed, in the event of a state of health emergency, meals could not be organized. We thank the applicants for foreseeing this eventuality.
