The number of days of service per week is 2 with one midday meal and one evening meal per person. The number of days of service increases when one day of the week is a public holiday. Public holidays excluding weekends are a maximum of 10 per year. As an indication, the average annual quantity of meals (lunch and evening) to be delivered for weekends and public holidays is 8,500 meal
