- - Purpose of the framework agreement (see art 2-1 of the consultation regulations) The purpose of the framework agreement is the preparation and cold delivery of lunches and snacks for Young Child Care Establishments (ECJE) in the city of Le Havre. THE candidate must include in his proposal, support for community staff in order follow-ups and raise awareness on reheating techniques, presentation of dishes and/or themes of dishes and on respecting the regulatory standards for collective catering; as well as activities on raising awareness of parent/child tastes. - Form of the framework agreement (see art 2-2 of the consultation regulations) This consultation will result in the establishment of a unit price framework agreement. It will be single-awarded and executed by issuing a purchase order. It will be concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 600,000 euros excluding tax.
