Description:
Provision of pre-audit and digital accessibility audit for the community's websites and internal applications (business software), as part of its digital accessibility policy. This approach is part of: • compliance with legal accessibility obligations (law of 11 February 2005, RGAA 4/5), • the implementation of the policy of inclusion and equal opportunities for all agents and users, • the reduction of the digital divide and inequalities of access to information and services linked to disability or particular situations (difficulties visual, auditory, motor or cognitive). The contract includes three types of services: 1. Pre-audit: rapid and summary diagnosis of accessibility. 2. Support and advice for developers: corrective action resulting from the pre-audit in preparation for the accessibility audit 3. Audit complete: exhaustive verification of compliance with the RGAA with corrective action plan. This consultation is launched following the adapted procedure procurement procedure (article R.2123-1. of the Public Procurement Code) This is a framework agreement with purchase orders for a duration of: 12 months (excluding renewals) Number of possible renewals: 2 Annual minimum: 10,000.00 Euros Annual maximum: 60,000.00 Euros Value in Euros excluding tax.
