Description:
The PPE Small Building PPE call relates to the realization and operation of electricity production facilities from solar energy
Power plants on power buildings or shades of power greater than 100 kWc and less than 500 kWc.
This competition procedure would come In addition to the photovoltaic tender on building of more than 500KWC registered at the SA 50272 number and in replacement from the support intended for this same power section within the price decree recorded at the SA 61902 number.
Any natural or legal person can participate To this call for tenders, subject to the provisions of article L. 311-10 of the energy code.
Under the 2 of article L. 311-12 of the energy code, the candidates selected appointed by the Minister responsible for energy benefit from a contract for additional remuneration for the electricity produced, Established according to the provisions of articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the energy code and according to the terms specified in 7 of this specifications.
