Description:
The purpose of this market is the processing of associated mail and postal services.
13 Habitat has a mail service which from the head office manages the physical mail of the head office and the 9 agencies, be:
- Discount: the incoming mail (CE): Postal reception (Discount) and collectionInternal (shuttle) in agencies, sorting and distribution in services,
- Collection: outgoing mail (CS): collection in services and agencies, folding and postage to monitoring and control of distribution.

- ServicesOccasional / Distribution Technical Documents
The contract to be passed takes the form of a framework agreement to order form without minimum and with maximum attribute in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
The maximum amount is300,000 euros (s) excluding tax per period or 1,200,000 euros HT for the total duration of the market (48 months)
