- This market will break down into 2 parts:
- Part I: installation work of drinking water pipes on behalf of the municipality
o Work services will be carried out on the basis of unit price of the price slip, executed by the emission of purchase orders
- Part II: The exploitation of works and the commune's drinking water network
o Management and operating service services and the drinking water network will be remunerated on the basis of essentially flat -rate price
Consequently, the composite market decomposes in:
- A Framework Agreement for Order Goods with maximum value, in accordance with articles L.2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code (CCP), including:
o Accessory services, renewal and laying of pipes,
- a market ordinary comprising:
o The operating services of the production and distribution of drinking water remunerated essentially by lump sum prices
o as, if necessary, the additional operating services of drinking water distribution works (remuneration by unit prices)
