This market concerns: - the establishment and withdrawal of the marking equipment according to the plan provided by the municipality, including maintenance and occasional works including underwater services. It should be noted that for the first execution period (2025), the markup will not be laid butonly withdrawn within the framework of the execution of this market. - The resumption of existing equipment, owned by the municipality. An inventory of the stock is provided in the DCE (Annex 4 of the CCTP). This recovery is made at the start of the market under the conditions provided for in CCTP and this CCAP. - thereSupply, transport and delivery to the port of Hyeres (ST Pierre), maritime signaling equipment and marking, and winter storage including: buoys, water lines, chains, body-miles, micro-pears, screw anchor, nylon rope, pictograms and small equipment. In addition, the city of Hyeresengaged in an approach aimed at limiting the negative impacts induced by the use of corps in the areas with high density of posidonies. Consequently, this framework agreement provides for the installation of ecological anchors. This type of anchorage requires the use of specific equipmentdetailed at CCTP and BPUC.
