The consultation relates to the services designated below: "Ports - Supply and implementation of marking at sea and maritime signal" This market concerns: - supply, transport and delivery toPort of Hyeres (St Pierre), maritime signaling and marking equipment, and winter storage comprising: buoys, water lines, chains, corps, micro-pearls, screw anchor, nylon rope, pictograms and small equipment-the installation and withdrawal of marking equipment according to thePlan provided by the municipality, including interviews and occasional works including underwater services. In addition, the City of Hyeres is committed to an approach aimed at limiting the negative impacts induced by the use of body-junctions in areas with high density of posidonies. Therefore, theThis framework agreement provides for the installation of ecological anchors. This type of anchorage requires the use of specific materials detailed at CCTP and BPUC. The services are performed:- on the three hundred meters band of the continental part of the town of Hyeres. (Municipal decree no773 of 5.07.2012) .- On the band of three hundred meters on the island parts of the town: Ile du Levant (municipal decree no 775 of 5.07.2012) and Ile de Porquerolles. (Municipal decree no 776 of5.07.2012)
