- The purpose of the works is the repair of the torpedo boat wharf in the bay of aiacciu. They consist of restoring the docking front in the vicinity and in the zone of influence of the old stairs, the rehabilitation of the pavements of the median and the filling of a submerged washout. In accordance with Aux Articles L2111-1 To L2111-3 And L2112-2 Of The Public Order Code, A Mandatory Clause Of Insertion By Economic Activity Is Included In The Specifications For This Contract. The Company Which Will Be Awarded The Market Will Have To Perform An Insertion Action That Allows Access Or ReTurn To The Employment Of People Encountering Particular Social Or Professional Difficulties
