- The purpose of the framework agreement is to entrust on the one hand an architectural project management mission for the rehabilitation and artistic treatment of the Atelier a spectacles and its annexes, and on the other hand, to entrust a mission of landscaping project management for the public spaces of the projectVernouillet Spectacular Quarter accompanied by scenography and consultation missions.
The framework agreement subject to consultation is concluded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts and purchase orders.
The missions of project management ("witness" missions;basic mission; additional project management mission and other complementary missions) will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts, taking the form of ordinary contracts at a global and fixed price, if necessary for a provisional part, and the ordering of additional meetingsentaries will result in the issuance of purchase orders
