- The objective of this project is to partially modify the layout of the ground floor with the creation of PRM rooms and accommodation, modifications to the emergency staircases and exterior spaces (exterior ramp, opening of the facades, etc.) to connect all of the common rooms overlooking the shared garden. The reception, services and other premises on the ground floor as well as the accommodation in buildings 1, 2 and 3 must be kept in operation for the entire duration of the works.
