The platform of professionalization and training of employees in integration of the Oise and the Somme aims to improve and optimize the level of qualification and the skills of employees in integration of the structures of integration through Economic Activity (SIAE), primarily ofWorkshops of integration sites (ACI) and thus contribute to their sustainable integration into employment. In the interest of the public concerned, this platform is part of the global strategy:- of the ambition pact for integration by the economic activity of the Council of inclusion in employment,-Territorial policies of the Somme and Oise, in particular in connection with the circular Fie 2025- of the Iriae Hdef training center. It constitutes a tool for employees in integration of IAE, taking into account the needs of the labor market and specific characteristics of the public,To allow everyone to find their place in employment by:- the acquisition of professional know-how,- the acquisition of new skills,- the valuation of the skills acquired,- the acquisition of a certificate or diploma, if applicable. This platform comes in addition to othersSolutions to employee training courses in integration, which are in particular: - The investment plan in the skills of integration through Economic Activity - Pic IAE, - The Regional Training Program -PRF.
