Planning concession for the realization of the ZAC three bridges - Sully - Jacquard
It is located north of the city, between the Jean Yole district and the activity zone Acti'Nord, near downtown La Roche-sur-Yon and the SNCF station. The project relates to: - the organization of a new district around a large landscaped and leisure sports park for all; - a renewed city entrance with particular attention to the future of the square Jacquard; - the creation of a mixed and attractive district combining activities, leisure, shops and around 620 dwellings, with particular attention on the quality of life in collective housing; - the creation of a district with strong ambitions in environmental matters and conservation at maximum infrastructure and existing buildings; - Support for the evolution of the uses of the car (pooling, silo parking) - The development of a new city district incorporating different functions (sport, events, leisure, housing, economic, tertiary activities, ...) ; - a specific reflection on the sporting / event vocation, through the maintenance of the Ladoumegue sports complex and the existing omnisport room; - the opening up of the site to better integrate it into the rest of the city; - the valuation of public spaces and axes of circ...
