Description:
The development concession of the ZAC des Sablons with a habitat will carry, to a perimeter of approximately 2, 7 ha. It aims to create a new inhabited district where quality of life and uses for current and future inhabitants will be at the heart of the project. The design must also relyon innovation and exemplarity. The overall forecast constructions program relates to the realization of approximately 13,000 m2 of net surface area (SHON) or approximately 200 dwellings with main housing destination with, at least, 45 % of social rental housing (LLS) and 55 % inFree accession. Regarding the share of social housing approximately 25 solidarity lease type dwellings (BRS) are expected, 10 inclusive dwellings for people with disabilities, 25 senior dwellings and finally 30 housing units PLAI orPSLA.
