Description:
Selection of a development concessionaire for the realization of the ZAC Multisites operation in Gigean and awarded a corresponding concession treaty.
With risk transfer to the concessionaire in compliance with articles L.300-4 and following and R.300-4 to R.300-9 of the Town Planning Code as well as Book III of the Public Order Code relating to concessions. phase offers according to the provisions of the consultation regulations. or several negotiation laps according to the terms defined by the consultation regulations.
Developer, consists in carrying out, under its responsibility and its risks, the multisite concerted development area (Multi -Site ZAC) located on the territory of the commune of Gigean, places called Barbieres (South sector) and Mas d'Arrenque (northern sector).
Total 21 ha 09A, providing for an initial constructions program of 350 dwellings, 35% of which are social rental housing, 60 tourist ecolodges, shops, catering and local services on the ground floor of collective buildings.
