Description:
The basic scenario of the multisports complex on the Leon Blum high school site in Villefranche-de-Lauragais includes the creation of:
- 1 semi specialized room (22 x 18 m),
- 1 SAE space (including a 12 -meter wall height), departmental level,
- premises necessary for practice.
The objective is to carry out functional equipment allowing the practice of sport for high school students including the implementation of the baccalaureate tests. Local sports associations will also be able to use the equipment made available by the community, including the SAE room.
This scenario Integrates:
- 4 changing rooms/showers of 20 m2 each;
- a climbing space of 210 m2 consisting only of a SAE wall of departmental level (26 ml of wall over 12 m high);
It allows the implementation of 8 table tennis tables or 6 aires of fighting. It is supplemented by 3 storage spaces: large equipment (tables, tatamis, ...), school equipment (small equipment and equipment) and associative equipment (wire box system).
The total of the building would be 927 m2 and the outside part would be around 530 m2.
The envelope financial assigned to work by the contracting authority, the subject of the global program amounts to 1,960,000.00 Euro (s) HT
