Construction of a logistics platform of around 20,000 m2. The area on which this platform should be made is the Lyon region. The desired real estate prospecting area is indicated on the map available on Mag e-Sourcing.
Any proposal for a land identified Sevezo will be Discarded.
For the creation of this platform, the area of the land must be between 8 and 14 hectares.
This land can be bare land or land with an existing building, to be fitted out or to demolish.
