Description:
The purpose of the consultation is to entrust a service provider with the personal assistance and fire safety missions for the two independent residences of the Communal Social Action Center (C.C.A.S) in order to preserve a level of service provided to users of quality and in compliance with the requirements of the Multi-annual Contract of Objectives and Means concluded between the C.C.A.S and the Departmental Council of Pas-de-Calais.

The duration of the contract is set at 12 months from March 1, 2026, tacitly renewable from year to year without the total duration exceeding 4 years. The contract may be terminated at the end of each annual period by either party, without compensation, with three months' notice. notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the other party.
The site visit is mandatory and will result in the issuance of a certificate which must be attached to the offer under penalty of rejection.
