This consultation concerns the services of pyromelodic shows for the various cultural and festive events of the town of Mandelieu-La Napoule. The passing procedure used is: the adapted procedure open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1 1 and R.2123-4 of the public procurement code. The nature of the services subject to the market is the list of social services and other specific services, in application of 3 of article R.2123-1 and article R.2131-14 of the public procurement code, which allow, whatever the value estimated need, to use an adapted procedure. It is an ordinary market that is at a global and flat -rate price. The form of the market is for slices in application of articles R.2113-4 to R.2113-6 of the public procurement code. The market is made up of 2 sections: firm slice: shows Pyromelodic on the castle beach: Mimosa Festival / National Festival / Optional section: Pyromelodic shows on the beaches of the castle and Robinson: Faineant ST Festival / Summer animation The contracting authority reserves the right to subsequently entrust the Market holder, in application of articles L.2122-1 and R.2122-7 of the public procurement code, one or more new markets aimed at the provision of similar services.
