- This consultation concerns the provision of cleaning services for public spaces on the territory of the Community.
The market includes so-called recurring services and so-called one-off services.
The integrated services are as follows:
- Recurring services:
o Year-round cleaning of public spaces including:
- The collection, collection and disposal (or washing) of all types of waste;
- On roads, sidewalks, squares, quays, car parks, including E.V. aligned with public spaces and around PAVs if they are neither full nor saturated
o Collection and washing of baskets and canisac dispensers;
o Maintaining the cleanliness of critical areas;
o Cleaning following outdoor markets;
o Cleaning during public events;
o Surface coating cleaning and disinfection urine sites;
o Weeding of mineralized surfaces;
o Cleaning of play areas;
- One-off cleaning services, excluding scope of intervention for recurring services, and paid at the BPU on specific order from the Community. For information purposes, the Community identified the following specific needs:
o Borders and rocks on the Theatre de la Mer side;
o Cleaning outside the public domain during the festivities;
o Cleaning forecourts, gymnasiums, sports facilities during events;
o Cleaning and emptying trash bins under bridges and fishing quays;
