• Description:
• As part of the regulatory obligations linked to the Military Programming Law, and in particular those of rules 6 and 7, Tisséo Voyageurs wishes to subscribe to a Service Operation Center (SOC) service from a qualified service provider. Security Incident Detection (PDIS). The main tasks of the SOC will be: Prevention of security incidents; Security incident detection?; Administration of detection equipment?; Support in the treatment of security incidents. The contract is concluded for an initial period running from the date of notification until 3 years after the VSR is issued. It is renewable twice for periods of one year. Contract concluded at mixed prices: part of the services is concluded at a fixed price and part of the services are concluded at unit prices triggerable by the issuance of purchase orders. The purchase order part is subject to a maximum threshold of 200,000 euros excluding tax for the initial period and 80,000 euros Excl. VAT for each renewal period.
