Description:
* Award procedure See article 2-2 of the RC:
The consultation was carried out by open call for tenders in application of articles L2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code.
* Form of the contract See article 2-3 of the RC:
This consultation will result in a mixed price market which includes:
- The rental service for modular units (including preparation of the land, supply, transport, installation, commissioning, maintenance and removal of the assembly) for a total duration of 720 calendar days corresponding to the temporary modular assembly of the Paul Bert school group - including the educational unit, the refectories and the production kitchen - will be treated at a fixed price.
- The rental service for modular buildings for an additional period (expressed on a daily basis) beyond the initial 540 calendar days will give rise to a framework agreement single awardee with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 250,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax over the duration of the contract. The prices of the framework agreement are treated at unit prices, according to the unit prices indicated in article D2 of the act of commitment, multiplied by the quantities actually executed. In this case, the rental will be effective from the date and for the period prescribed on the corresponding order form.
