The State has granted the municipality of Saint-Raphael the concession of the natural beach of Agay for a period of 10 years. The municipality wishes to delegate the equipment, operation and maintenance of the three lots concerned for a period of 5 years. 1 additional batch (lot n 4) located in the public domainCommunal and adjoining one of the beach lots has been added to this consultation because, due to the activities currently carried out there, its proximity to one of the beach lots (lot n 2) and in an interest in economic and tourist development of the beach and the municipality and in order toOffer quality services to the users of the beach, it was decided to converge on a similar operating mode for lots 2 and n 4 and allow a single beneficiary to exercise club activities for children on these 2 lots.
