- This consultation concerns the award in competitive dialogue of a partnership market within the meaning of article L. 1112-1 of the public procurement code, and intended to entrust a group of specialized operators, the realization of a global construction, renovation operation, Requalification of works and infrastructure of the fittings and equipment of the Touquet Paris-Plage seafront including their design, their authorizations and their funding. The operation extends over the entire urban seafront in Touquet-Paris-Plage and covers an area of around 20.15 hectares. Sequenced in three provisional work phases: phase 1 - South sector 2027- 2028, phase 2 - sector center 2029- 2030 and phase 3 - sector Nord 2031-2032 with commissioning at the completion of each phase. not to hinder the whole seafront.
