Description:
This consultation relates to the award of a partnership market within the meaning of article L.1111-12 of the public procurement code. Its purpose is a global mission on: -the financing, the design, construction, exploitation and maintenance of a photovoltaic power plant whose PV electricity will be N and the maintenance of a photovoltaic power plant whose electricity PV will be used directly by the community; -LONSISTANCE in the community for the award of the market for the supply of electricalness and acting allowing both the aggregation and the valuation of the PV electricity and the purchase of the ¿Electricity for the delivery points of the perimeter. Nature of the holder's missions is in the specifications. The contract will take effect on July 1, 2025.The duration of the contract is twenty-five (25) years from the setting in service of the PV power station.
