The market relates to the services designated below:
a) Audit services on site and on parts of the financial partners of the Var department with or without organic link (member of the governing bodies) whose direct or indirect aid or financing (subsidy, pricing, guaranteeborrowing, participation in the capital) induce control and supervision in terms of:
- good use of public funds and the effectiveness and efficiency of financed actions,
- financial health and good management of the partner,
- The assessment of risks and responsibilitiesLegal and financial for the community.
- Prospects for the future and the ability to adapt to developments impacting the public resource
B/ Post audit assistance
In addition to the audits mentioned above, the holder can be consulted for punctual advice andComplementary (updating analysis, technical note, notice, etc.) in order to support the community in the application or monitoring of the identified systems or resulting from the conclusions of the audit service.
The market has passed for a period of one year (or 12 months) from 01/01/2026 orof its date of notification if it is subsequent. It is renewable 3 times a year, by express renewal, the total duration of the market that cannot exceed 4 years.
