- This procedure is organized in application of the 2011-1474 decree of 08 November 2011, of its decrees. The purpose of the procedure is to the enhancement of participation agreements for the implementation of provident coverage and additional health costs for the benefit of group agents. THE personnel interested in these participation agreements are:
- Permanent agents and non -permanent agents of the group.
The additional social protection guarantees requested (within the meaning of article 2 of decree n 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011) are:
- risks of incapacity for work, and everything or part of the risk of disability and linked to death, designated under the name of "provident" risk. Financing on the own resources of communities, under their operating budget and contributions from members. Administrative mandate, global payment period of 30 days.
- Risks of damage to the physical integrity of the person and the risks linked to maternity, designated under the name of "health" risk. Financing on the own resources of communities, under their operating budget and contributions from members. Mandate administrative, overall payment period of 30 days.
