Description:
This consultation aims to conclude two participation agreements, within the meaning of article 1 of decree n 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011 aforementioned, and allow agents of the group to benefit from funding assistance: - additional pension coverage, from 1st January 2026. - Additional coverage of health costs, from January 1, 2026. Lot 1: Additional pension cover The staff interested in these participation agreements are: - permanent agents of the order group - - non -permanent agents of the group orders. For the provident, we mean, the risks of temporary incapacity for work, and all or part of the risk of disability and linked to death, as defined in article 2 of the aforementioned decree. Lot 2: Additional coverage of health costs The staff interested in these conventions Participation are: - permanent agents of the order group, - non -permanent agents of the order group, - retirees from the order group. The additional social protection guarantees requested (within the meaning of article 2 of decree n 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011) are : -Risques of damage to the physical integrity of the person and the risks linked to maternity, designated under the name of "health" risk. This consultation applies to study order and releases the co-assuring of their obligations vis-a-vis current aperitors. No insurer or intermediary cannot claim any exclusivity or priority based solely of the anteriority of the referral of insurers who would be considered as contrary to free concurrence.
