Description:
It is the only refuge, among the 15 along this route, which is accessible by car. The work aims to improve the sanitary condition, functionality and sustainability of the building while preserving its mountain character and its integration into the greater landscape of Monte Cinto. This operation is based on a rigorous methodology and tight management of the calendar, due to the critical issue of reopening the refuge for the 2026 GR20 season. THE DURATION OF THE SERVICES IS 5 MONTHS. The services are divided into 5 lots: Lot n1: Structural work - VRD - Charente - Waterproofing Lot n2: Interior and exterior joinery Lot n3: Plastering - Painting Lot n4: Floor and wall covering Lot n5: Plumbing - Sanitary facilities - VMC
