The mission of the Project Manager includes in particular, with reference to the provisions of articles R2431-24 to R2431-31 of the Public Order Code: • The development of APS, Preliminary Project Summary • The VISA of the execution studies, this mission being supplemented by the control of the deadlines allocated to the companies to carry out these studies, • Management of the execution of works contracts, DET • Assistance provided to the Project Owner, during acceptance operations and during the perfect completion guarantee period, AOR • Assistance provided to the project owner for additional missions annual monitoring of AST works (monitoring of FACE credits, assistance for monitoring annual renewals of works contracts, assistance with the annual programming of works, annual assistance for the enrichment of technical specifications and price schedules, general monitoring by weekly meetings).
