Description:
It is a single market (no lot). The market is a framework agreement which fixes all contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when the order form is issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreementis concluded without minimum but with maximum expressed in value within the meaning of article R2162-4, 2 of the public procurement code. The contractual amounts are as follows: minimum amount for the entire duration of the market: zero euro (s); Maximum amount for the entire duration of the market: 200,000 euros (s)H.T. The market is mono-attribute. The framework agreement is processed at unit prices set in the unit price slip (BPU). All the services that may be ordered are described in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). The estimated market value is 190,000 euros (s)H.T. for the entire period of validity of the market.
