Description:
In the context of the development or rehabilitation of its networks, RTE must ensure, before any construction or modification, to the right electrical, thermal, mechanical and geometric dimensioning of its works within the framework of its missions of network manager.
RTE must also ensureof administrative viability, respect for environmental constraints as well as the sustainability of its heritage and the reliability of associated documentation.
For the "parafudres" segment, RTE wishes to maintain a policy of contractual relations with economic operators whichAllows it, over time, to permanently have stakeholders of a high technical level, capable of reacting in all circumstances under satisfactory economic conditions.
As part of the renewal of the "Parafoudres" market, it was decided to update theQualification system in force so far.
This document cancels the previous one (pro Purchase DA 14 01159).
