Description:
The purpose of the consultation is:-Replacement work on the existing zinc roofing of the Shakespeare fair of the Palais des Congres (Place de l'Hermitage at Touquet-Paris-Plage), peripheral chenels and walls will also be renovated and replaced to treat the disorders relating to waterproofing from the Shakespeare lounge. - cover work on the bell tower of the Jeanne d'Arc church (100 bd Daloz in the Touquet) Following the damage of the Ciaran storm in November 2023. The work concerns 2 sites: Site 1: Palais des Congres - Replacement work for a zinc roof, site 2: Eglise Jeanne Arc - Work on the roof of the bell tower. The cover will be carried out according to the rules of the art by companies with the following professional qualification certificates: - Qualibat 3133 slates (superior technicality). - Qualibat 3152 metal coverage except lead (Confirmed technicality). The period of execution of the work of the 2 sites (including preparation period) is 17 weeks from the order of work to start work. The site visit is compulsory and will give rise to the issuance of a certificate which must be attached to the offer. THE Variants are not authorized and there are no compulsory variants (options). There is no planned negotiation.
