• The works of art concerned by this work are: - Opening crossing structures greater than or equal to 2.00 m opening Bridges and footbridges, Concrete or metal nozzles. - Retaining walls The heritage of works of art counts also the parking lots under construction. The structures in question are operated by different managers whose operating constraints must be integrated. The routes crossed by the structures can be roads, watercourses, tracks railways, the constraints of which must be taken into account to define the means to be implemented to carry out the work: signaling, means of access, temporary works, intervention periods (day, night, imposed time slots). There implementation of these means is the responsibility of the company and is part of the services defined by this contract. The structures can be of all types: masonry, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, mixed steel-concrete, metal, etc. The works concerned are the following (non-exhaustive list): - Installation of hangers, scaffolding and access pods. - Cleaning of facings (masonry, concrete, etc.), - Cleaning the headers and clearing the supports, - Graffiti removal + posters, - Implementation of concrete facing protection products, anti-graffiti products, aesthetic products, - Local repainting of metal frames, - Repainting of railings...
