Description:
This Mono Framework Agreement Association to Order Points, which passed in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to 2162-6 and 2162-13 to 2162-14 of the public procurement code has the object of maintenance and investment work of 6 classified sites historic monuments. The framework agreement relates to the workpaint, wall coverings and flexible floors. The work is of various scale and of variable technical complexity, taking place systematically in occupied site. In accordance with article R.2162-4 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement is concluded: - without an annual minimum amount - with aAnnual maximum amount of: 500,000 euros (H.T.) annual. This framework agreement takes effect from its notification to the holder for a period of one year. The duration of the framework agreement may be renewed 3 times, by tacit renewal, at each annual deadline and per period of 12 months, withoutHowever, exceeding the duration of 4 years. The purchase orders are issued as needed, during the validity period of this framework agreement. Regularly notified purchase orders during the validity period of the framework agreement are executed, even beyond this duration. The deadlineof execution is fixed in the order form, it runs from the date of notification of the order form
