Description:
Open adapted procedure subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1, R. 2123-1 1°, L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The multi-awardee framework agreement executed by issuing purchase orders. The contract is likely to be renewed under the conditions of the specifications. Services are regulated by unit prices. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period which will begin on the date of notification of the contract and end on 12/31/2026 (max amount 219,000.00 excluding tax) it is tacitly renewed as follows: 1st renewal period: From 01/01/2027 to 12/31/2027 (max amount 375,000.00 excluding tax) 2nd renewal period: From 01/01/2028 to 12/31/2028 (max amount 375,000.00 excluding tax) 3rd renewal period: From 01/01/2029 to 12/31/2029 (max amount 375,000.00 excluding tax) 4th renewal period: From 01/01/2030 to the anniversary date of notification of the framework agreement (max amount 156,000.00 excluding tax)
