the main characteristics of the framework agreement are detailed in the Application Rc. The services are the subject of a framework agreement concluded: - with a single economic operator, and executed progressively as vouchers are issued order in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6 aas well as R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code.-For an initial period of 3 years and 3 months from its notification.-it may be expressly renewed 3 times 1 year.-with a minimum amount of 1,500,000 euro(s) excluding tax and with a maximum amount of 3,500,000 euro(s) excluding tax on theinitial period of the framework agreement and with a minimum amount of 500,000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum amount of 1,200,000 euro(s) excluding tax for each renewal period. The planned start date of execution is set for November 2, 2024
