Description:
The contract concerns the outsourcing of intermediate paper archives for the Department of Hauts-de-Seine. The Department outsources the conservation of its intermediate archives to a service provider who must be approved by the State. The expected services are as follows: - Recovery archives already outsourced (around 4.6 km); - Supply of containers; - Conditioning of archives; - Support for archives in the Department's premises; - Storage of current and intermediate archives of departmental services (initial stock and support later); - Release for communication of archives to the Department's services or for consultation on site, on the holder's conservation site; - Final exit for reintegration into the Departmental Archives, for physical destruction or, at the end of the contract, for transfer of the stock to the new holder's sites; - Training in the IT application of the holder
