- Organizational and functional diagnosis, recommendations for developments and support for change within the regional conservatory of the Grand Nancy taking into account the recruitment deadlines and withdrawal of the chosen candidate, the Conservatory worked from October 2023 to June 2024 withoutDirector, the DGA working. A transitional organization has thus been set up, on the basis of a plot, and relatively distant administrative functioning of the teaching staff. Establishment providing, by the composition of its teaching teams (educational routesand artistic), high quality teaching, it has an image of requirement and rigor. The challenge is to maintain this excellence specific to a regional conservatory while opening the establishment more widely on its environment. Like other establishmentsMetropolitan cultural, the conservatory is sometimes perceived, internally and externally, as a relatively "autonomous" establishment which maintains a distant relationship with the metropolis. Previously attached directly to the DGA Culture, Sports and Social Life, it has been since November 2024Attached to the director in charge of the metropolitan cultural project, in the same way as museums of scientific and technical culture of the metropolis.
