The consultation relates to the organization of a traveling circuit in South Africa intended for young people aged 14 to 17 during the summer school holidays in July 2026.

Given the number Uncertain of students participating in the stay, the market is a mono-attribute framework agreement, which runs in order form, within the meaning of articles R2162-4 1 , R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The command thresholds to intervene, expressed in quantity, are as follows:

- Maximum number of participants: 300
Estimated, the contracting authority could order up to 1,100,000 euros H.T. for the organization of the itinerant circuit.
