Description:
This public market concerns the provision of services relating to the organization of a stay in snow classes for CM2 children of the schools of Saint-Andre-les-Vergers over the period from Sunday February 1 to Saturday February 7, 2026. In accordance with the provisions of article L2113-10 From the public procurement code This market is not allocated because it does not allow the identification of separate services. This market is treated at mixed prices. Will be processed at a lump sum price, the completion of the service described in articles 7-1 to 7-9 of the CCP, which is based on a workforce of 115 children and 6 teachers. If necessary, the unit prices may be applied to article D2 of the act of engagement within the limit of the estimated quantitative amount made in article D3 of the act of engagement and within the limit of 31 additional children.
