- The purpose of this contract is the implementation of the national program "Knowing How to Ride a Bike" (SRAV) within the community of the Cotentin Urban Community, intended for children aged 6 to 11, mainly educated in elementary schools. The service provider will ensure the educational sessions, logistical coordination, as well as the evaluation of learning, in accordance with the specifications defined by the Ministry of Sports. Framework agreements with issuance of purchase orders (art. R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code) without minimum amount and with a maximum order amount of 100,000 euro(s) excluding tax/year
