- As part of its approach to pooling "group" purchases, the RATP Group Economic and Financial Performance Department (DPG) is undertaking to renew its business travel framework agreement for RATP EPIC and its subsidiaries.
This operation hasmain objective to sustain and facilitate the organization of business trips while meeting the requirements of each of the parties, in particular in the first place the reliability of the interfaces and the transparency of prices. For the RATP, it is a question of proposing and maintaining a quality ofservice to its agents and employees and its subsidiaries.
The purpose of the framework agreement is therefore to organize business travel for agents and employees of RATP and its subsidiaries, namely: RATP Developpement, RATP Smart Systems, RATP Real Estate , RATP Connect, RATP Maintenance Services.
It is passe in the form of a single-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders. Each order form will take the form of a mission order entitled "mission order" and will correspond to the supply of one or more services aimed at organizing business travel for agents and employees.from RATP and its subsidiaries.
The framework agreement is entered into in the form of a single-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount of seven million nine hundred thousand (7,900,000) euros (€).
The framework agreement is concluded for a maximum period of twenty-eight (28) months.
