The market relates to the design and production of the biography festival for the 1920s, 2027 and 2028 organized in Nimes and its agglomeration in late January. The holder must ensure: - the design of the festival - La Communication du festival - The production of the festival as part ofThis consultation, the city of Nimes, acts as a contracting authority. The services are not divided into separate lots for the following reason (s): the services are not the subject of distinct services. The services will be remunerated by applying a global price andFlawable. The services, provided for in the market, will be carried out according to the following successive phases: - Phase n 1: Definition of the Driver theme and Festival Design - Phase n 2: Preparation of the Festival - Phase N 3: Festival course - Phase N 4: Post Festival LePresent market is concluded for an initial period taking effect from its date of notification to the holder until March 30, 2026 included, as part of the edition of the Festival de la Biography which will take place in January 2026. It can be renewed 2 times in a tacit manner, for two editionsadditional festival which will take place in 2027 and 2028
