- The purpose of this market is to entrust to an external service provider for perception and the delivery, on behalf of the city of Lagny sur Marne, of the spaces due by the merchants of the municipal markets (covered market and outdoor market of the city center). Municipal markets bring together About 90 traders, including around 40 steering wheel. They stand all year round, every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 5.30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The framework agreement is "composite". It includes an "ordinary market" part and a "framework agreement with order formal". The contract is likely to be renewed under the conditions of the specifications
